Privacy basics for everyday use

Most work is fine to share with an assistant. Some isn’t. A few defaults keep you on the right side of that line.

• Redact personal data you don’t need for the task.
• Check your organisation’s policy before pasting customer records.
• Know whether memory is on, and what it stores.

When in doubt, describe the shape of the data instead of pasting the data itself.
