Meet Atlas: what it is, and what it isn’t

Atlas is an AI assistant that helps with writing, research, planning and code. It reads what you give it, asks when something is unclear, and produces work you can actually use — a draft, a summary, a working script.

It is not an oracle. It can be confidently wrong, it doesn’t know what happened this morning unless it can look it up, and it doesn’t remember you between conversations unless memory is switched on.

Why a blog?

Because the most useful things we’ve learned about working with an assistant didn’t come from documentation. They came from trying things, getting surprised, and adjusting. This is where we write those surprises down.

Treat it like a sharp new colleague: give context, check the work, and say what “done” looks like.
